Meeting was called to order by President Mary Gershwin. Attendance was taken.
Pres. Mary moved to defer review and approval of minutes of the December 6, 2002 Meeting to next meeting.
A general discussion of the status of travel grants (Stephen Waechter, Heloisa, Francis Wardle). No motions presented.
Treasurer’s Report: Bank balance is currently $8,509.02. Approximately $200. remained owing to Linda Kay Nedved and annual membership dues were collected during meeting.
Further discussion was held regarding Francis’ upcoming travel to a Leadership Conference in Belo Horizonte, MG. Motion was made by Linda to provide $700.00 of Partners chapter funds towards Francis’ travel costs; Stephen seconded. Motion carried.
Mary reported on the Executive Committee.
Mary adjourned the meeting, with no objections or further business announced.
Jon Monson provided a powerpoint presentation on his recent trip to Diamantina. A delightful dinner and social followed.
